number and name of the company you work for (in the event that the hiring is done by companies) to
meet your request.
– Purpose of the treatment: to attend to the budget request according to the characteristics of the
service requested by the User in the form.
– Legitimation: by checking the acceptance box, you are giving your consent for your data to be
processed in accordance with the purposes of this form described in this privacy policy.
– Data retention criteria: data will be kept as long as there is a mutual interest to maintain the purpose
of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with

The personal data provided by the user for the provision of a service will be kept for the duration of the commercial relationship or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations. The data provided by the user in forms or requests for services will be kept for a period of two years from and from the last confirmation of interest made by the User.

f. THE USER hereby certifies that he/she is aged 14 or older, and therefore has the required legal capacity to consent to the processing of his/her personal data subject to the provisions of the present Privacy Policy.
g.
